1132 Essay5:I have a dream

My name is 高立倫 (Larry), and I have a dream. I say to you today, dear friends and classmates, that even though there is not enough help for sick people, many elderly people who need care, and not many people know what occupational therapy is, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the belief of helping others and bringing happiness to people's lives. I have a dream that one day, people in Taiwan can all receive good care and support from occupational therapists. We hold these truths to be self-evident: That everyone should live a good life, and feel strong and happy. I have a dream that one day, I can open my own therapy center—a place where people feel safe, supported, and where they can get better, step by step. I have a dream that one day, even in small towns where people don’t know what occupational therapy is, we will teach them, help them, and together—we will change their lives. I have a dream that the elderly will smile again, sick people will move freely, and children will play joyfully and grow strong. I have a dream today. I have a dream that one day, young people like me will start clinics of their own and go out into the world to help people everywhere. I have a dream today. I hope that you too will share my dream, and that one day, this dream will become a reality for us all. Thank you!
