Every year in Taiwan, we have several different holidays. This year, from April 3rd
through April 6th, we have our Spring Break holiday. During this holiday, my family would go grave sweeping in Yunlin where my whole gao family ancesters belong.Besides,I will also visit my grandma,to make sure she wont have amnesia.Last,I will take a nasty bus back to Taichung.(The bus driver is so weird and rude.The bus company name is Yuan Lin Bus Co,you can google it.) There are many ways people can improve their lives. Personally, I think that the three most important things we can do to improve our health and well-being are eating healthy food , doing exercise , and getting enough sleep . I think everybody should do these three things often because they help our body stay strong and our mind feel happy. For example, eating healthy food will improve people’s lives because it gives us energy and helps us not get sick easily. Therefore, I think it’s a good idea for people to eat fruits and vegetables at least every day . Additionally, if people do exercise , they will feel more active and stronger. Exercise can also help us relax and feel less stressed. Therefore, I think everybody should do some sports or go for a walk at least 3 times a week . Lastly, I think people will be much happier and healthier if they get enough sleep . Because, by doing this, people can have more energy and focus better at school or work.
